IT Services have been restored following the earlier power interruptions at the IT Data Centre at Garthdee.
Power was restored via a temporary workaround that carries a small, potential risk of unplanned outage. We advise that you save your work regularly when using networked file storage to guard against loss.
We may announce a planned outage later this week to implement a permanent solution; we are currently working with our partners at RGU to minimise risk and disruption.
