Network file shares unavailable
What is happening?
There are significant problems accessing “H” drive home file space along with a number of other network file shares. The problem will also be affecting computer logon in classrooms and standard desktops as the drive mappings may fail and as a result it will take far longer than normal to logon to your computer.
Our engineers are aware of the problem and are urgently investigating. At this present moment the cause of the outage is not known so we cannot estimate a time to fix.
What should you do?
Unfortunately there is no workaround for accessing your “H” drive when it is inaccessible in this way.
