What is happening?
The Account Manager portal - used for requesting Guest and External accounts and for managing staff passwords - will be unavailable between 8am and 6pm on Tuesday 8 November.
How will this affect you?
Where possible please do not change your password on this day.
Access to request Guest or External accounts will be unavailable that day and you should therefore make any urgent requests in advance of Tuesday.
IT accounts for new staff joining on Tuesday will be created once the upgrade is complete.
