Aims of Nvision
- Development career progression training, workshops & information sessions
- Act as a formal point of contact and independent guidance for PDRAs in the IMS
- Provide independent oversight of PDRA line management within the IMS
- Work closely with PIs to promote research development
- Guide PDRAs through the traffic light scheme for independent fellowship applications.
