Katie will be presenting alongside members of the HSRU Patient and Public Involvement Partnership at the event, to be held at the Suttie Centre, Foresterhill Campus. Katie's presentation will begin at 1.30pm however the event commences at 9am.
The theme of the conference is public awareness, engagement and involvement in clinical research.
“It should be an interesting opportunity to hear more about the work that NHSG are doing to raise awareness of clinical research” said Katie Banister. “There will also be presentations about some recent pieces of research in NHS Grampian funded by the Endowment funds. Together with some members of our Patient and Public Involvement Partnership I will be giving a short presentation about our experiences of Patient and Public Involvement in research at HSRU. “
