2016 marks another successful year for HSRU and CHaRT's recognition and international standing in clinical trials. This year we will be organising and presenting an Invited Session (a panel of four talks) as well as individual oral and poster presentations.
The Society for Clinical Trials (SCT) is the international and multidisciplinary society for those involved in the methodology and conduct of clinical trials.
The Invited Session, ‘What Happens When a Trial Is Interrupted? How to Deal with Suspension of Randomization and Restart Your Trial’ will involve a 90 minute discussion on managing, overseeing and lessons learnt from a temporary suspension. The session is being organised by Lynda Constable (Trial Manager) and Chaired by John Norrie. Lynda Constable, Tracey Davidson and Alison McDonald will all present during the session.

In addition Graeme MacLennan, Lynda Constable, Alison McDonald and John Norrie will be chairing contributed oral presentation sessions and Shaun Treweek will chair an Invited Session entitled ‘Data and Biorepositories: Enhancing Collaborative Science’.
