The December 2019 HERU newsletter has been published. In the newsletter we highlight the launch event of Scottish Health Economics (SHE) and report from recent events and activities where researchers from HERU reflected on valuation in health economics. We also provide an update on the courses we offer, including our new online short course in health economics, and feature some of our recent research activity, including:
- Newly funded Scottish Government commissioned research on the impact of restricting the promotion and marketing of discretionary foods.
- The results of a recent study on the impact of vitamin K on reducing the risk of falls in elderly people at risk of falling.
Season's Greetings from HERU and best wishes for the new year and the new decade ahead!
