Welcome to new staff member Karen Arulsamy who joined us in July. Karen will work as a Research Fellow on a Scottish Government Rural and Environment Science and Analytical Services Division project examining how the COVID-19 pandemic has changed diets in Scotland and whether there have been marked impacts on health and well-being. She holds an MSc in Applied Economics from University College Dublin (UCD) and a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She is completing her PhD in Economics at UCD.
