Inspired discussions in Aberdeen Maritime Museum taking inspiration from the commemorative exhibition on Sir David Gill. Admission is free.
Hear the story of Sir David Gill, a student at Marischal College who went from clockmaker to pioneering 19th Century observational astronomer. His work, which began at Dunecht made him one of the best loved astronomers of his generation.
Each event begins at 7pm but doors will open at 6.30 with refreshments available to purchase before in the museum cafe.
