Professor Jillian Anable was invited to give evidence to the ICI Committees inquiry ‘Scrutiny of the Draft Budget 2015-16’. The Committee’s remit is transport, housing, broadband and water and sewerage infrastructure and this inquiry is focussing its scrutiny on the extent to which the draft budget is likely to contribute to Scottish National Indicators on reducing Scotland’s carbon footprint, reducing traffic congestion and increasing the proportion of journeys to work or active travel.
