Dr Tavis Potts been appointed as a reviewer for the upcoming Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's (IPCC) Sixth Assessment Report (AR6), Working Group II (WGII) Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability.
The IPCC Working Group II (WGII) assesses the impacts of climate change, from a global to a regional view of ecosystems and biodiversity, and the role and impacts on social systems and communities, cultures and settlements. It considers their vulnerabilities and the capacities and limits of these natural and human systems to adapt to climate change and reduce climate-associated risks together with options for creating a sustainable and low carbon future.
