Sarah ChewSarah Chew- Managing Director, TechFest
Sarah Chew, managing director at TechFest is passionate about developing young people and the wider community, particularly within the world of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM). During her years at TechFest, Sarah has worked to encourage young audiences and ensure all young people reach a positive destination and especially highlight the benefits of a career in these sectors.

Ana Ivanovic - School of Engineering
Ana Ivanović, PhD, CEng, MICE is a Professor in Engineering in the School of Engineering at the University of Aberdeen, with a background in civil engineering and geotechnics. Her research is focused on investigating the influence of iceberg scour on marine pipelines and the influence of trawling gear components on the seabed using both laboratory and numerical modelling approaches. Ana has also investigated numerical and experimental modeling of ground anchorages installed in both rock and soil. More recently she has been involved in decommissioning of offshore wind turbines and marine pipelines and bundles.

Leanne PotterLeanne Potter - University of Aberdeen Student
Third-year student studying for a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Leanne is also the President of the Robogals society to encourage younger girls into Engineering.

Regina JasckeRegina Jascke - University of Aberdeen
Regina has suported students and graduates since 2001, mainly from the Business School and School of Engineering, in exploring their options, developing their skills, and connecting with employers. She also co-ordinates the University's flagship co-curricular programme, the STAR Award and has also contributed widely to other co-curricular programmes such as the Leadership Academy and the Career Mentoring Programme.

Dr Emma Taylor - Head of Digital Safety, Razor Secure
Dr Emma Taylor is an award-winning Chartered Engineer with more than 25 years of risk, safety and design engineering experience in space, energy and transport. A Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and the Safety and Reliability Society, she has worked for industry, academia and non-governmental organisations including European Space Agency, Airbus and the UK's Rail Safety and Standards Board. After her 20 year career in the space industry, and time spent as a carer, she graduated from Aberdeen University in 2009 with an MSc in Safety Engineering and Risk Management, winning the Safety and Reliability Society prize for her research project. Over her career, she has led teams of engineers preparing safety cases and regulatory submissions for offshore operations in the UK and Norwegian sectors of the North Sea, and led research into survivability of spacecraft under space debris impact. .A Past-Chair of a Professional Engineering Institution, in 2020, she was listed in the Cranfield School of Management FTSE350 Women to Watch, and is a WES/Telegraph Top 50 Women Engineer and an FT/Inclusive Boards Top 100 Most Influential Women in Engineering.
