Time Machines and the Victorians

This fascinating talk accompanies the exhibition Victorian Time in the University of Aberdeen's King's Museum.

We’ll examine the impact of the landmark ‘Paris Time Conference’ and explore time-travel narratives gaining popularity as the nineteenth century drew to a close.
