Come and dine with us in the first of a new series bringing together groups of researchers and the community, while sampling sensational menus prepared by professional cookery students at Aberdeen College.
For the launch event we have devised a challenging new competition for Aberdeen College professional cookery students. With expert guidance and support from staff in the Human Nutrition Unit at the University’s Rowett Institute, the students will develop exciting and imaginative menus that are both healthy and delicious.
You can join us to be part of the judging panel, and/or attend the awards dinner. Eight short-listed students will each prepare and serve the menu that they have entered in the competition. Take part in the judging, where each table of 4 will assess the taste, presentation and nutritional values of one of the menus.
Price: Places costs £10 per head, inclusive of 3 course meal and coffee.
