This workshop builds on themes from the lecture and demonstrates practical approaches to computational research in the digital humanities. Dr. Miller C. Prosser will demonstrate various tools and methods for recording, integrating, analyzing, and publishing digital research data using the Online Cultural and Historical Research Environment (OCHRE) and will illustrate how this research platform plays a central role in various research projects and campus initiatives at the University of Chicago. Topics include paleography and epigraphy, integration of archaeological data, digital texts and dictionaries, social network analysis, library digital collections management, and digital publication
