Online activities to get the whole family active and having fun. #ABDNGames
While trying to stay home and stay safe many of us have been sending more time staring at screens. Whether you are working at home, trying to tackle home schooling or have just been trying to stay entertained, the new normal has many of us decreasing our level of activity.
The ABDN Games aims to get us all active and having fun as part of our University of Aberdeen 525th aniversery celebrations. With a series of online challenges posted on Facebook and Twitter the University of Aberdeen is challenging you to take some time to be active and focus on something creative and fun. Fancy dress and improvised equipment are welcome while you try to tackle our daily challenges which are suitable for the super fit or those less athletically gifted.
Check our social media channels from Monday 20 July for our first challenge and try to complete them all. Post your attempts and successes with #ABDNGames (or tag us in your Instagram posts @uniofaberdeen) and we will share the best posts.
