This is a past event

Dear Colleagues,

Peter Morgan and I have planned a 2.5 day event to be held this summer (16-18 August) at Ardoe House.  The website is in the link below.  As you will see from the program on the website, we have outstanding speakers arriving from all over the world who will speak about appetite, developmental programming, obesity and related conditions.  The purpose of this meeting is to showcase the exciting work going on at the University of Aberdeen, to improve internal and external networking links and to learn more about the latest ground-breaking research in metabolic health and disease.

In addition to insightful scientific exchange, we have also planned great food (e.g. two 3 course meals) and entertainment (e.g. ceilidh on the 17th).  We were fortunate to receive funds from the MRC to primarily fund this event, which is why the registration fee is so low – but this means that space will be limited.  Please register your place early so that you can take part. Here is the Website

Some talks will be selected from abstracts & we will also be giving out a Young Investigator prize (also selected from abstracts).

Many thanks

Lora
