The Graduate Business School is delighted to open up it's MBA Seminars to alumni, friends and members of the general public.
Executive Fellow, Chris Matchan will open our first seminar of 2017.
Chris is an experienced Human Resource professional who has worked with clients such as Carphone Warehouse, Scottish Courage, The Tussauds Group, PUMA, Columbia Sports, Britvic and the Grants Whisky Company to name but a few.
His presentation will focus on entrepreneurial leadership and how to inspire, lead and deliver exciting and challenging projects, including how to:
- motivate and influence colleagues
-
win support for your project
-
convince skeptics that you are the right person to lead the team; and
-
avoid the pitfalls of championing and leading your own idea.
The event, which is open to all, is a fantastic opportunity to hear from an academic expert, debate issues and share experience and best practice with your peers, and current MBA students.
