The Friends of the Elphinstone Institute are organising a Ballad Bus outing on Saturday 16 September 2023. The bus will depart at 9.30am from the MacRobert Building car park at the University of Aberdeen, and return to the same spot at around 5.30pm. The route will include many well-known ballad connections around the North-East, and there will be a lunch stop planned where you can buy some food or bring your own picnic.
The cost is £15 per person, while Friends of the Elphinstone Institute subscribers pay a reduced rate of £13.
Payment can be by cash, cheque (made payable to Friends of the Elphinstone Institute) or by BACS to the Friends account: 90249825, sort code: 82-69-14, with your name and ‘Ballad Bus’ as a reference, and let us know that you’ve paid this way.
