Scots Poem

Hudson, Danielle

Doon by the burn
Wee rabbits scutter
Squawkin buzzards abune the widlan
Wild Heilan ponies rinnin wi their foals.

Scottish ceilidhs gaun on till dawn
The loons in their kilts
Dauncin wi the lassies
Warm steamin stovies
Tae keep us warm.

A deserted castle stauns alane.
I'm sure it's haunted,
I can hear a mane
Ghaistly noises until dawn.
