A celebration of fiddle and dance traditions from around the North Atlantic.
The North Atlantic Fiddle Convention returns to the North East of Scotland, with an ambitious programme or more than 150 concerts, ceilidhs, workshops, talks, films screenings, sessions, coach tours and more.
This internationally celebrated event combines a music festival with an academic symposium, celebrating all things fiddle and dance from all corners of the Atlantic. Featuring over 75 artists representing a variety of fiddle traditions from Scotland to the Baltic, throughout Scandinavia and down the continent to Spain, from Ireland to Canada and USA, and a few surprises as well, NAFCo 2018 will have something for everyone to enjoy.
