With £2.88 million in funding from the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR), the University of Aberdeen, the University of Rwanda and Addis Ababa University are working together to design, deliver and evaluate the impact of a mindfulness intervention in schools on child and adolescent mental wellbeing in sub-Saharan Africa.
