Set in a remote area of Northern Kenya, around the death of activist Tessa Quayle and her husbands search for answers.
The Constant Gardener is a 2005 drama thriller directed by Fernando Meirelles. The screenplay by Jeffrey Caine is based on the John le Carre novel if the same name. It tells the story of Justin Quayle, a man who seeks to find th emotivating forces behind his wife's murder.
The film stars Ralph Fiennes, Rachel Weisz, Danny Huston and Bill Nighy. It was filmed on location in Loiyangalani and the slums of Kibera, a section of Nairobi Kenya.
