The presentation is based on the project, "Professionalization through mentoring - ProV", which is focused on networking, partnership and collaboration between universities and schools in Nordic countries.
In the ProV-network three research circles from Finland, Sweden and Norway are developing mentoring as learning environments and tools for teachers professional development. The project is organized as a network where participants from the research circles meet one another and collaborate in a series of workshops.
This presentation aims to describe some of the approaches towards research circles, documented results and the participants outcome from working together in research circles and influenced by the collaboration in the Nordic network.
