Philosophy: Zhang Shizhao Scholarship

The Zhang Shizhao Scholarship is highly competitive. Applicants must be of outstanding academic merit, as evidenced by the candidate's academic record and references. Selection will be based on this evidence and, for the MLitt by Research, upon the strength of the research proposal. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an (online) interview. All applicants must be students at, or hold a degree from, the School of Philosophy of Wuhan University.

Applicants need to make their applications to the MLitt in Philosophy and Society or the MLitt by Research in Philosophy programme via the Postgraduate Application Portal (https://www.abdn.ac.uk/pgap/login.php ), supplying all required materials, including transcript, references, etc.

Applicants for the MLitt in Philosophy and Society must indicate at the head of their personal statement that they intend to apply for the Zhang Shizhao Scholarship.

Applicants for the MLitt by Research in Philosophy must indicate as intended funding the Zhang Shizhao Scholarship.

Applications for the MLitt by Research must include a research proposal and the name of a supervisor at the University of Aberdeen.
