John Gash, Senior Lecturer in History of Art is to deliver the keynote lecture at a study day at the National Gallery of Ireland on 28 March 2015. His paper, "Counter-Reformation Countenances: Catholic Art and Attitude from Caravaggio to Rubens" forms part of the Exploring Baroque Paintings of Martyrs and Saints study day at the NGI, being held in conjunction with the exhibition, Passion and Persuasion: Images of Baroque Saints (February - May 2015).
