Biography: Son of Alexander Campbell; born Kintail, Ross-shire, 20 August 1866. M.B., 1895. Commissioned, R.A.M.C, 1902. Mobilized as Lieutenant. Attached to Lovat's Scouts, 3rd Field Ambulance, 3rd South African Regiment. Served-Home, 1914-15; Gallipoli, 1915; Egypt, January 1916-. Final rank, Major.
