Gordon, Robert Alexander

Biography: Son of Alex. J. and Elsie Gordon, Milltown, Rothiemay, Banffshire ; born Rothiemay, 1919 ; educated at Keith Grammar School. In 1940 he graduated M.A., and had just begun his medical course when he joined the Army. He served with the 51st Division throughout the North African and Sicilian campaigns, and crossed to France on D-Day. On 12 September 1944 he died of wounds received in action in North-West Europe.
