Biography: Son of John H.-Johnson; born Crosby, nr. Liverpool, 7 April 1879. M.B. (Hons.), 1904; M.D., 1910. Surgeon, R.N., 1904-07. Commissioned, R.A.M.C., August 1914. Served-Aldershot, Organized X-ray and Electro-therapeutic service; Consulting Radiologist, Aldershot Command, 1914-17. Final rank, Captain. Mentioned in despatches, August 1916.
