Biography: Son of William Henderson; born Aberdeen, 26 June 1898. Science, 1919-. Enlisted, 2/4th Gordon Highlanders, October 1914; commissioned, 19 December 1915 ; attached 3/4th, 2/7th, 3/5th, 1/5th, Gordon Highlanders. _ Served-Home, 1914-17; France, 1917-18. Taken prisoner at Fresnay le Petit, near St. Quentin, 21 March 1918. Final rank, Lieutenant. Military Cross, 21 March 1918.
