Making a formal complaint
If you wish to make a formal complaint about our services when visiting, please speak to a member of staff, who will try to resolve the matter directly, or will put you in touch with a staff member who can help. If the matter is still unresolved you may make a complaint to the Head of University Collections.
Our complaints procedure
The Head of University Collections will be responsible for answering the complaint after consulting with colleagues.

Complaints response review
If you are not satisfied with our response you can ask for your complaint and our response to be reviewed by the University Secretary.
