Neil Curtis is Head of the University’s Museums, and an Honorary Senior Lecturer in Anthropology as well as being Vice President of the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland. In his talk he will be exploring the research potential of the University’s collections for work in early modern studies.This event will be jointly hosted by the Research Project Award Scheme ‘Authority and Texts: Concepts and Use’, which will provide a sandwich lunch from 12:30 to allow informal discussion prior to the paper.
