Henry Aviomoh is the first recipient of the newly announced CELMR Shedden prize for the best dissertation in labour economics.

Henry’s dissertation on the effects of the level of education on wages impressed the examiners. Henry obtained a first class single honours degree in Economics and will shortly be commencing postgraduate study at UCL. The Centre for European Labour Market Research (CELMR) was established in January 2000 and since then has established a reputation for high quality and policy relevant research in labour market economics.
