Senior Vice-Principal, Professor Karl Leydecker, said: “As you will remember, the University improved its position significantly last year with a jump of 12 places to 28th. Although we have dropped one place to 29th this year, the result consolidates our place in the top 30 and shows we remain on the right track.
“Having two more subjects within the top 10 in the UK - eight this year compared to six last year - is also great sign of progress and my warmest thanks and congratulations go to everyone who has contributed to this success. I look forward to working with everyone to enhance our performance in the coming years.”
