The University of Aberdeen Business School held an event to celebrate the recent accreditation from the Energy Institute.
Professor Bryan MacGregor, Executive Dean, University of Aberdeen Business School welcomed and introduced the guest speakers; Mr Nigel Bradburn, Aberdeen, Highlands and Islands Branch, Energy Institute, Ms Terri Vogt, Circular North-east Project Manager, Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce and Mr David Wilson, Director of Oil, Gas and Energy, Opportunity North East (ONE), who all gave well received presentations.
Both the MSc Petroleum, Energy Economics and Finance and MBA Energy Management are now accredited by the Energy Insititute. Dr Ian Robson, the Business School’s Director of Accreditation and Head of Management Studies commented: "Energy Institute accreditation is hugely beneficial for our students on these two accredited programmes as it provides a clear route to professional membership or chartered student status.
We are delighted that our long-standing relationship with the Energy Industry and contribution to educating Energy professionals has been recognised in this way".
