Energy Voice publishes an opinion piece by Professor Alex Kemp
Aberdeen-based journal Energy Voice featured an article by Professor Alex Kemp in the first issue of the year 2023.
In the article Professor Kemp reviews the key events of 2022 which greatly affected the supply and demand balances of the oil, gas and electricity sectors and thus price volatility.
He also looks ahead to the year 2023 in terms of North Sea oil and gas activities and concludes that, while investment and employment in the UKCS could increase, the volatile price and policy environment will continue.
