The Business School is pleased to announce the schedule for our May conference on Interdisciplinary Approaches to Wellbeing co-sponsored by the School’s Centre for Labour Market Research and the University’s Interdisciplinary Research Centre on Health, Nutrition and Wellbeing. We will have a number of very diverse presentations on Monday and Tuesday, May 15 and 16 from a number of different disciplines within the School as well presentations by Professional Services colleagues, to both showcase the breadth of research on wellbeing in the School and to help develop better connections and networks to enhance research in the area. While the research presentations will be by academics in the Business School, the School hopes that researchers with interests in Wellbeing will come along and see what synergies can be done by working with our staff. Presentation schedule.
The conference will be held in the 7th floor of the library and all the presentations will be in person, and we would hope that this is primarily an in-person event given the importance of in-person networking. Thus, we would ask to confirm attendance by noon on Monday 8 May by emailing Nick Hindley (nick.hindley@abdn.ac.uk). If you cannot attend in person (for all or even part) and would still like to hear the presentations, we will offer a hybrid option. Please email Nick who can send you the Teams link.
