The Covid-19 pandemic brings the challenge of prompt response at all levels in societies. International Business and Management operate in such an unpredictable whilst interactively complex world where disruption to the existing norm is omnipresent. Acknowledging that rapid changes in organizational practices are inevitable, this symposium opens discussion on how scholars and practitioners develop approaches in the international business and management field to cope with fast developing societal and environmental change, in order to help organisations function and perform well in this challenging time.

The event will start with panel speeches followed by interactive discussions with the audience and panel.
