The Physics Department of the University of Aberdeen are pleased to announce that they will be hosting another of the well renowned practical days for Teachers. As usual attendees will benefit from being able to work in first class laboratories, away from the school environment.
The course will be practically based and will provide an opportunity to try experiments suitable for Advanced Higher investigations (AH) and other experiments related to the AH coursework.
Aims
- To provide ideas for AH investigations using a limited budget
- To increase confidence in delivering the new AH course
- To extend teachers' practical knowledge and expertise
- To network with other teachers and the course providers.
