Prayer, Domine Ihesu Christe piissime, continued.
The author asks that, through the sacrament, he may receive at his death remission of his sins and be with Christ eternally.
tuam in remissionem omnium peccatorum meorum et sal\vacionem anime et spiritus mei digne percipere ut\ ad te qui me redemisti leta et alacer [alacris] pervenire et\ cum sanctis tuis sine fine merear gaudere Amen.\

A prayer to Jesus Christ. The author invokes Christ as redeemer of the world and asks that, through Christ's body and blood, he may be redeemed and delivered from the persecution, slander and plots of his enemies visible and invisible. For the sake of Christ's name and mercy, he prays for joy and consolation and that he may end his life with and in Christ.
