The voices of the University of Aberdeen’s Chapel Choir are set to soar across the airwaves this Sunday (April 8).
Radio Scotland's Easter Service (8.30am-9am) comes from King's College Chapel and will feature a performance from the Chapel Choir.
Anyone who misses that broadcast can catch the choir again on Radio 2's Sunday Half Hour programme on Sunday, April 15 from 8.30-9am. It will also be the featured choir on the same programme on July 8.
The broadcasts are in direct response to the success of the choir featuring on various BBC radio broadcasts last year.
"It's a wonderful opportunity for the members of the Chapel Choir to showcase their talents to a nationwide audience," said Dr Roger Williams, Master of Chapel and Ceremonial Music at the University of Aberdeen.
"It's an honour that the standard of the choir has again been recognised by being involved in broadcasts like these, and a real feather in the cap for the University."
