In 2014, the University held its inaugural London based Carol Service in St Marylebone Parish Church. Set in the heart of London, this church has a proud history whose worshipers have included Charles Dickens as well as Robert Browning and Elizabeth Barrett. We are delighted to be returning to this wonderful venue in 2015 to celebrate the season with our ever expanding family of alumni and supporters in London and the South of England.
Once again, the University’s Chamber Choir will be directed by Professor Paul Mealor, whose motet Ubi Caritas et Amor was performed at the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton in 2011.
The celebration starts at 7pm and concludes with a mulled wine and mince pies reception. If you would like to attend this celebration, please email alumni@abdn.ac.uk
