Communicating for Results
As an alumnus of the University of Aberdeen we are delighted to invite you to join us for a unique presentation and networking event. The evening will comprise of a presentation and workshop by two leading experts; Willie Donald, an Executive Coach and Dr Alex Brand, Scientific Researcher. During the workshop Alex will talk about her career path, the power of positive thinking, and how deciding tostudy later in life has paid off for her as she now enjoys a successful second career as a University of Aberdeen research scientist. Willie will provide expert advice and guidance on how positive communication can help you achieve your goals and over-come career challenges.
The presentation will cover a number of areas including; Creating a Powerful Presence, Adopting Appropriate Behaviours, Personal Branding, Communication Skills and Getting Results through Positive Communication.
The presentation will be followed by a networking canapé drinks reception giving you an opportunity to meet fellow graduates.
Cost: £15 per person (including refreshment on arrival). Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
