10.00am – 10.15am: Statutory meeting of General Council which includes a report from the Convenor of the Business Committee and General Council notices. The General Council meeting will be streamed live to allow Alumni living out with the Aberdeen area the opportunity to participate. A number of exciting events are being organised around the meeting exclusively for alumni and their families to enjoy:
11.30am - 12.30pm: Coffee & Cake. Following the events we would be delighted if you could join Robert, James and Glenn for coffee and cake in the Word Festival cafe. The Word Festival face Painter will also be on hand to create some of the children’s favourite magical characters.
