Members of the East Midlands Aberdeen Graduates Association as well as non-members are invited to an outing to the Great Central Railway, Loughborough on Saturday 26 June. Voted number 12 on the list of the 50 greatest railway journeys in the world the Great Central Railway is the UK's only double track, main line heritage railway. It’s the only place in the world where full size steam engines can be seen passing each other – just as it was when steam ruled the rails. Graduates, family and friends are invited to meet between 10.30am and 11.00 am at Ellis Tea Rooms on the platform of Rothley Station for this fun, family day out.
