Aberdeen at the International Book Festival

This is a past event

The University of Aberdeen has joined forces with the Edinburgh International Book Festival for the first time to present a major discussion on The Future of Libraries, featuring the award-winning Canadian novelist, Margaret Atwood and the former chair of the booker prize, John Sutherland.

The event will take place at the RBS Main Theatre, Charlotte Square on Wednesday 15 August at 4.30pm. We have a limited number of Complimentary tickets available for what promises to be a fascinating event. It will be followed by a reception at 5.30pm in a private drawing room at 5 Charlotte Square, overlooking the festival site. Guests will have the opportunity to hear about the new £55.5million library for King''s College in Aberdeen. To book your place email f.bain@abdn.ac.uk
