The 317th Statutory Meeting of the General Council will take place on Saturday 18 February from 11am – 12.30pm (GMT) in the King's College Conference Centre.
The meeting will include an update on University activities from Senior Vice-Principal Karl Leydecker, a report from Duncan Macniven, Convener of the Business Committee, and a presentation from Professor Graeme Paton, Head of School of Biological Sciences, on the new Science Teaching Hub. You will also have the opportunity to take a tour of the Science Teaching Hub after the meeting has concluded.
Refreshments will be provided and you will have the opportunity to network with your fellow alumni before and after the meeting.
Graduates of the University and certain members of staff automatically become members of the General Council; please click here to find out more about General Council membership.
If you would like a particular issue discussed please email us on alumni@abdn.ac.uk. Those who are unable to attend are also welcome to submit items for consideration ahead of the meeting.
Please note the meeting will be recorded and shared online afterwards.
Meeting papers and further information for attendees will be shared a few days before the meeting.
