In honour of Burns Night, we would like to invite you to our virtual event, ‘Celebrating Burns’ on Tuesday 1 February from 5-6pm (GMT). Join Professor Ali Lumsden from the department of English as she hosts an in-conversation event with Professor Tim Baker and Dr Sarah Sharp, both also from the department of English.
The event will be a celebration of Burns from a variety of perspectives. It will consider some of the ways in which his legacy can be found in Scotland and beyond. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and to share your own experiences of encountering Burns.
