Aberdeen Centre for Women's Health Research (ACWHR) Seminar with Jane MacDonald - Reaching under/never screened indigenous population in New Zealand with HPV self testing

This seminar will take place in the MacGilvray Centre in the Maternity Hospital and online via MS Teams.

Jane qualified from Aberdeen Medical School, Class of 1985 alongside Prof Maggie Cruickshank. She has lived and worked in New Zealand for 30 years. She is a sexual health physician with a back ground in obstetrics and gynaecology and is an abortion provider. She is a senior research fellow with the National Centre for Women’s Health Centre- Te Tātai Hauora O Hine - with an interest in maternal and neonatal morbidity, HIV in women, abortion medicine worldwide. Her current research interest is the applicability of HPV self-testing in the New Zealand setting.
