Patients with rare rheumatic diseases report struggling with healthcare systems not designed to manage complex diseases, as well as dealing with delays in diagnosis, inconsistent access to expertise, and uncoordinated care.
This project aims to understand the key elements of care delivery which are related to health outcomes for patients with vasculitis. The study will work with healthcare professionals and patients to gather information and study their healthcare records in order to design better services, and ensure patients can access effective, and coordinated, care and support.
